Hi all,

Hopefully someone out there can help point an IP Office newbie in the right direction here. What I am trying to understand is what I need to install/buy to get some call detail logging. My main goal is to be able to track incoming calls to a specific hunt group by these four categories:

1. Number of calls
2. Length of calls
3. Phone number of caller
4. When the call came in

I currently have an IP 406 system running 3.2 (latest Nov 2006 release). The only additional feature I have is a 4 user VM Pro license.

I did download a copy of Call Accounting Mate to try out, but I'm not sure how to link it to this system to start gathering data.

Any direction you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Use Delta server. It will log call activity to a .csv file.

This link will give you more detail on how to connect IP Office with Call Accounting Mate.

Hi Bdelmar,

Thanks for the response. First off, is Delta Server a free add-on to IP Office or is it something I need to license through Avaya?

Secondly, the link you sent didn't seem to come through on your posting. Could you try again?

Thanks again
