We have an NEC SV8100 with UM8000 Voicemail. I have admin access to the web interface of both and I'm trying to find the right spot to change the number of rings (or time) an extension will ring before it goes to voicemail.
Some of our extensions ring 4 times, some up to 10 times, yet I don't notice anything different in their configuration when I look in UM8000 setup.
There must be somewhere else to program this, but I can't seem to find it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
