HI have an NEC SV8100 with a PRI. All was working good till telco introduced ten digit dialing here in NL a couple of weeks ago. On out going calls caller should be able to dials 9 709 xxx xxxx but they are getting busy signal after 9 them 7 digits ( 9 709 xxx x ) The weird thing is I can program lines on a set and they can dial out using line key with the 10 digits ok. I can also press #9 and select any trunk and place the 10 digit call no problem. It is just when I dial 9 and then try to dial the e10 digits I get cut off after 7

Hi Sinjisn thx for your reply, it was froute table, table 3 programmed for 7 digit max instead of 10.

Thanks again
