NEC SV8100 page no voice

I have an SV8100 and am setting up internal paging groups. I have the function key and page group setup, but when I page, it opens and tones the extensions, but no voice comes through. I have checked the mic as well as using the handset. I also created a special class of service and enabled everything to try. Please help

Are the extensions in the right group? Are these digital or IP?
 
They are IP and all in the same group. I can hear the beeps for the group call just no voice.
I the second is a mix of digital and IP. Both are the same.
 
Look at your setting for multicast vs unicast on your IP phones. Layer 2 switches can block that traffic.
 
That was it! Thank you so much. I had to change my IP phones to Unicast, so my switches wouldn't filter.
