NEC SL2100 Missing InCapture option

Goood day all.
I am unable to find InCapture option on NEC SL2100 WebPro -> Maintenance. I only see the below options and InCapture is not there. What could be the reason and how to fix it? A different SL2100 has the InCapture option.

Modification History
Trace Command Control
System Alarm
Data Download
Data Upload
Software Update
License Upload

Are you able to upgrade the FW to the latest and see if Incapture then appears?

I have managed to upgrade to the latest FW and InCapture appears. The challenge now is that the Start tab is greyed out. How do I make it active?
