Dear Gurus,

We have a situation that we had two PRIs one for incomming and the 2nd for incomming, as of now we need to get rid of one of the PRIs and program our NEC 2000 to use the existing PRI for both incomming and outgoing calls.

Please help us out on how this can be done using what commands on the MOC.

Whilst I have in the past taken on some tall orders, I don't think this is the kind of change you should be attempting on the advice of internet "Gurus". That said.....

your post is a little garbled, you say they are both for incoming, is that correct? if not, what is the current arrangement for outgoing?

We have Two PRI's oned dedicatedly used for incoming and the 2nd dedicately used for outgoing calls.

I want to disconnect one of the PRIs and use the one which I chose to keep for both incoming and outgoing.

Right!

Do you know the route numbers for each PRI and what your number ranges are we only need the last 3 or 4 digits depending on how long your extension numbers are we also need to know what your extension number range is.

I'm not promising anything but we will investigate how complicated it would be. If we have to change LCR it becomes major but by the same token, if we have to change or implement digit translation it could also become major. You had better also let us know what your line access code (usually 9 if you are in america, it's 0 here in OZ) is set to in command 200 so we will know if you are using LCR.
