I'm trying to figure out how this local 10 digit call (3033372500)is routed. From a LD80 entc trace on my set I believe I am taking Route 1. I have no NPA, NXX, SPN, HNPA, HLOC, LOC under AC1 (9) for 303. I do have an NPA for 1303 that is pointed at RLI 1 which has a DMI of 0, but DMI 0 does not exist. And an SPN 3 with and FLEN 0 pointed at RLI 0. Does anyone have any suggestions, any help is greatly appreciated? Below are various printouts.

Code:
 TN 020 1 01 03
KEY 0 SCR MARP ACTIVE TN 020 1 01 03 VGW

I do not have entries in for 303 in NPA, SPN or NXX but do have a 1303 entry in NPA that points to RLI 1.

Since you have SPN 3 then that's what it will use. So RLI 0.

BTW - if you trac the TN using the DEV switch you will get details about the RLI etc.
.trac 020 1 01 03 DEV

You would have to trac it while it's being dialed but before it is answered.

Thank you. So the FLEN of 0 matches infinite (not infinite but up till some digit limit) characters? TRAC with DEV does indicate RLI 0 entry 1.

Code:
.trac 20 1 1 3 dev

They call that "Short BARS", that could come back to bite you later.

Yea this system has ton's of these kind's of things. Plenty of administered trunks, sets etc.. that are not in use.

We went to 10 digit dialing here in Kansas City several years ago. But before that you could have local 7 digit dialing within 2 different area codes. You talk about a nightmare. But 10 digit dialing eased that pain somewhat. Good luck to you.

DMI 0 means dont chg anything. I didn't know this in the beginning and made a whole new one... that didn't chg anything.
