Name on 5410 not showing up.

I moved a couple of phones by swappiing the patch cords at the switch and now one of the user names doesn't show up.
What's up with that?

were is the name gone? on the phone or in the directory
My guess is on the phone, if you dial another station from it what name show it there?

The name is missing on the phone. It shows up on other phone's caller ID just fine. Thanks.

Could this happen if the user has been logged out in error?

I don't use this feature but see shortcodes *35 and *36

No if the names show on other phones then the user is logged on.
Delete the user save config and recreate the user.
