we have a point-to-point T1 between two offices that shows our ext and name when we call each other. Tech A inadvertently changed this route on my end so that when we call far end they see our seven digit office number (instead of our ext). Tech B says he can correct this but only after hours. However, I'm not sure vendor even clearly explained to tech B what the problem is and I need to know if this really can't be corrected until after hours. I'm trying to figure out how to do it myself but cannot. Is this a complicated procedure? We have each other programmed as TSCs in LD 87. If this can be done fairly easily I'd like to just do it myself. Many thanks in advance.

remark the route as int and put the prompts back in rcap.. down the tie..

does "down the tie" mean it has to be taken out of service?

Sounds like they modified the CLID tables. This does not require the change being made after hours or taking the system out of service. You need to understand exactly what changes were made though. Only then can you determine the corrective steps to take, and determine if that is service affecting. Chances are this will not be.

tech is not available but the far end's CLID was NOT modified so I can probably figure out how to redo mine if I can copy their CLID's configuration. Just point me in the right direction and I am sure I can figure it out. Thank you!

I'm having the same issue with internal calls showing full 10 digit number to remote switch. RCAP=ND2, any fixes to date?
