Name Display on 1608 1

Hello all,
im'not sure if its a known issue but is it possible to display user name on and idle 1608 phone display instead of Extension number like any other ip phone?

Give the first call appearance a label with the name of the user

Funny thing is people have been asking for years why it displays the name, and when they get rid of it now people want it back

That would be the "I" portion of the human nature. IPBX used by IHuman predicts and accomodate INeeds.

Or use PhoneManager.

Press F6 > Select Custom > enter Absent text

leave the rest unticked.

And if they have nothing programmed at all that might be the reason why the display is completely blank (or just an arrow)?
