have customer nam using desktop on outlook 2003, when upgraded to 2007 can't get messages
in house i setup a win xp with outlook 2007 clean install
desktop for xp installed no problem , added nortel folders and address book ,,all look correct, when startup outlook asks for mailbox and password , address book shows correctly
even the mailbox manager works
just not getting messages at all
has some one come up with a fix or do i get my customer to run 2 versions of outlook, 1 for desktop and 1 for all else
