Is the upgrade to 4.1 a keycode? If not, how do I upgrade?
You need an upgrade CD, an OS/2 boot floppy, and a Backpack CD drive to load the upgrade. Going from 4.0 to 4.1 should not require a keycode.

Where can I get the upgrade CD & boot floppy?
The correct software version for the nam to operate on a MICS 7.0 is 4.1.04E You will have to get the upgrade CD and its codes from a Nortel Authorized dealer, or back up the programming and send to a refurb shop so they can upgrade AND verify that you NAM is in good working order you know test it out real good. Hi Line supply can do this and usually takes less than a week
