NAM CCR trees 1

Good morning. I have a customer with a MICS and fiber NAM. Has PRI with DIDs. Have a couple of depts where the dept number rings into the NAM with a CCR tree ( not the main business tree) If a caller to the dept tree dials 0 or does nothing, the call goes to the main business operator. Any way to have the call go to the dept. secretary instead???

The CCR is assigned in the Greeting Table and there is where you assign the attendent for the Table,there are 4 tables. There is also another dial zero for when a caller is in a mailbox that is accesed thru Feature 982. Plus in the users mailbox in admin you can change the dial 0 in a MB it's called Target attendent.

If you want different reception for the business line you will have to set up a different Table for the back door lines
