My first Access database - Please help! 1

I've done a lot of development with Basic, going back to Basic A (good ol' 8088).

I'm familiar with most of the VB language i just can't figure out how Access uses and references to the tables from a form.

I'm trying to filter a table with a form that has a combo box and several checkboxes that the user can filter the resulting listbox to bring up just the results listed and then a button to use that list as a email distribution in MS Outlook. I found a great thread for the email (702-948752) but I cant call to the table and have it look at serveral values to determine a filter and create a result.

Thank you ahead of time for any help you can offer. I'm sure there is an easy answer, I just can't find it in the help file.
