I doubt that I could be so unlucky as to be the only one this will happen to.
I recently received 3 MXe-III systems with Sata Raid for upgrades for one of my customers.
As it turns out, one of the cables for connecting the Raid was manufactured incorrectly. Specifically, the small grey cable that connects to the P5 Raid 12C Port. This cable has a keyed end on it so that when the cable is inserted the Red Trace should be closest to the near side of the controller. Mine was reversed.
