we installed a new remote location with a G350 and an analog card for the 6 local copper trunks. the callers go thru and auto attendant and then prompt for the cust service dept. they get pointed to a CAG with 4 phones in it. 3 of the 4 MWI lights do not illuminated when a new call is coming in, but the 4th station does. This station is different as it has a dedicate Per-CO line as well, with bridged call alert swiped to yes. this phone the red MWI led works as it should.

any ideas as to why the ther three 4624 leds dont work when new calls come in?

Avaya 2.2 on the CM g350 has 4.05 with 4621 stations

Thank you

what is turning on the led? voicemail? what type integration?

use LWC store and LWC cancel to test capability and programming of phones for message waiting lights.
enabling this on the station form is a must for this testing.

I was able to test locally and when I call my desk ph with a DID the MWI or red led flashes as the call comes in as a visual indicator.

the main purpose of the RED led is MWI for voice mail. I have a hearing impared person at this location and was trying to get the led to flash on incoming calls as it does at my desk.

the difference is the remote stations stations are in s CAG and I think the cag is blocking the led from flashing.

the led works as designed with voice mail
