There is not an option in CP 5.0 to have message waiting for All messages. The options pull-down only has: All new incoming, urgent unsent, new and unsent, new urgent and None.

How do I set it to keep lighting MWI for all read messages, until they are deleted?

Thanks

That's because it doesn't make sense to have it do that. How would you ever know if you have a new message if the light is always on after the messages are listened to??

People listen to a message and do not delete it. Other staff need to know there is still a message there. It is a shared nursing station mailbox. It is important and needed.

As soon as you successfully login to a mailbox the light goes out. That's the way it is.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

you need to make it standard for all incoming staff to check the mailbox regardless if the light is on or off.

Mitel NuPoint actually supports this.

1) Message left (lets say it's the only message in the mailbox).
2) User calls in.
3) User does not delete or save the message, just hangs up half way through the message. NuPoint will turn the lamp back on because you have not deleted it or saved it.

You can make a NuPoint work on most systems - not just Mitel.

This is what we call an F-COS option. You can actually make this work on a /mailbox bases or system-wide.

what about fwd'ng the msg to the same m/box?
if the msg isn't for the person listening to it, fwd it to the m/bx they are checking.
