Music on hold

How many music on hold sources can the nortel option 81 have I have a customer who is using 3 but they want to add 3 more the 3 that were already created we used trunk ports and we just told the Genesys guy what route they were. will I have an issue adding 3 more routes

Once source for each ACD queue, but limited to one source total for non ACD phones. Correct me if I'm wrong

you can have as many source as you have music route.

limit was 256 total.. not used for moh as such but used as info-over music in an acd switch... i've seen as many as twenty for a large symposium controled acd customer
