I have music & messages on hold where is that setup on the PBX? I have a request to have only messages play for our office staff and leave queue messages & music for our sales floor. Thanks in advance.

music is usually a mus trunk mus route... msgs can be a part of that recorded music or added with a timer and acd groups... if your using acd then frrt is the first ran route timer frt is the 1st ran... without knowing your switch thats about as close as i can come... place a call, while the recording plays do a trac.. good place to start
