Greetings,
For two days now I have been trying to set up the music on hold but with much difficulty.
My source is a stereo system. The only out put is a 1/4" headphone jack. I have purchased a jack converter that plugs into a 1/4" jack and accepts an RCA cable. The cable runs then up into the music on hold jack on the processor module. I have the Music-on-Hold set to active and I have the volume all the way up, and yet I still hear no music while on hold. On the phones, however, if I go to Background music (F19) I am able to hear what sounds like a speaker being turned on without anything to play. The stereo itself works perfectly when connected to speakers. I am completely at a loss for what to do. I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
Thanks so much for your time,
Chris O'Connell
