I use xammp from my pc like webserver,the message file is in RVA directory C:/xammp/htdocs/rva and it must be named message001.wav,message002.wav etc etc
you can use whatever you want....

es:
recorded_announcement_prompt --load --host "ip address your webserver " --file message001.wav --path "path your file on your webserver"
recorded_announcement_prompt --activate --file message001.wav
aspac:parnum=116,parval=63;
ramdi:ann=1,msg=1;
racei:dir=xxx,cont=1;

FILE FORMAT
The recording format is Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), according to ITU-T recommendation
G.711 (A- or m-law, mono, sampling frequency 8000 Hz). Files must be stored in
little-endian format (which is normal when recording on an Intel-based PC). Standard
tools, such as Microsoft Sound Recorder, can be used.
The speech level of RVAs must follow recommendations in ITU-T specification G.115.
regards,
Norbert
