Music on hold no longer working

What can I do to see why my music on hold is no longer working. I know that this is the DN associated with it. When I call it, I get a fast busy. Everything is on and punched down? What am I missing?

A music route does not have a DN except in the case of MIRAN for the purposes of changing RAN recordings.

What is the source of the music? CD player? A card in your system?

If you recently upgraded the PBX to the new 5.0 release, then you need to purchase Broadcast Music Licenses...just a thought.
