Is it possible to stream the music on hold across IPO's with one main source?

No, not possibele
You can put on every side an olp PC and put the audio port in the MOH and let them al play the same plalist.

Actually, it is possible.

However, one cannot use MOH with a standard external device. If you were to use MOH thru a tftp server with the source being a .wav file with the proper specs, then the MOH will work.

We are currently using this with a couple customers, one of which is using an external device at the main site and MOH thru tftp for four of their remote branches.
