Multiple Startup entries ???

According to "autoruns" I have 5 incidents of the following dll in the Explorer startup
"Scanners & Cameras, Imaging Devices, Shell Folder UI, Microsoft Corporation c:\windows\system32\wiashext.dll"
all the entries, as far as i can tell, are identical.
My question is, are all these entries needed or can i del them ???

Any help would be appreciated.

Post all the entries as well as the full complete path. Any programs that you want to start automatically? printer software?

The entries are harmless, and I would leave then alone,
You likely are using various USB attachment points, and the New Hardware Wizard is doing its job.

Leave the issue alone. It is harmless.
