Multiple showings of extension

I have spent the last two days looking and now have bad eyes and a headache, so please excuse me if these questions have been answered.
I have an Option 11c and would like to get an extension to show up on another phone but not ring there. How? I also have this extension showing on other phones but I need to turn that ringer off and leave the primary ringing. How? Is it possible for this extension to not ring but flash?

chg the key scn is a non ringing appearance.. if your using mcr then mcn doesn't ring

Could not see the forest thru the trees. I had the information but you just pointed that out. I was doing the change just not formating it correctly. Thanks for the help.
