Hello all,

First post here, I will try to be clear as possible.

I want to create a Key Line on 5312 phone in a MCD 4, with multiple Feature access code programmed on it.

Like a Call forward follow me FAC with a Group absence FAC : (system default FAC) *64P<dest>P*84P<grp num>
With this example, the system seems to hang after the first FAC, and not "listen" the second one.

Is anyone know if it possible to have multiple FAC chained on a speed call ?

Thanks in advance

Regards

Don't think you can. IIUIC each key will only give you dial tone once so it will execute the first FAC and the ignore everything that follows. To do what you want would need two keys and press them in sequence. I could be wrong though....

Thanks for your response wireman !

Do you know a way to leave a group when Call forward is activated ?

Only by programming another key as a feature access key for group presence thus using two keys again.
