I have multiple users in one office, but not at the same time.... ideally what I would like is to have one phone, for both users, (put both dn's on the same line.)

If person A is in the office, and person B comes in, I would like for person B to be able to forward his DN to a spare office where he could receive calls.

Can this be done with a button for the user, instead of me having to forward it through the PBX everytime? If I hit forward on mine, it forwards all DN's on my handset.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

one way would be to set up that dn on a spare analog and use rcfw to forward just the single dn.. i've used that and it's not that bad..

So there is no easy way to forward one DN on a phone with multiple dn's for the user?

Place the DNs you do not want to forward on any KEY other than 0, and add a second appearance of those DNs on another KEY, such as a "no hardware" AOM. In other words, you need the DNs to appear twice - anyplace - and then they won't CFW.

and then they won't CFW.

that is a good point, i added a add on module in software to a set here in the switchroom.. if i need a numbers to not forward, it goes on that module (marp) and the users set as a non key 0 dn
