MSG doesn't appear on phone screen when there are voice mail messages.

I installed a new local on our ICS 3 system which also has flash voice mail mailbox. The problem is when someone leaves a message on that voicemail, "MSG" doesn't show up on the screen of his M7310 phone set, so he has to use feature key to check his mailbox constantly. All my other local works well except this one. Any one has ideas? Thanks in advance!

You did assign the extension to this mailbox, correct?
Have you tried deleting this mailbox and rebuilding it?

check in fonction 983 ADMIN Mailbox MOD # of your MB for shure that you set the message notification to YES...
