The IT Dept. at work have deemed it necessary to cap our email storage to 40mb. This has prompted me to create a personal folder on my hard drive to which all of my mail is now delivered to and stored. Problem solved...?
No. My problem is now that my PA needs access to my calendar and, since I am now using this locally stored calendar, she cannot access the correct, up-to-date calendar.
I know how to copy entries from my new calendar to the old one where my PA see entries, but this is a manual job and I forget to do it sometimes.
So, is there any way to synch the new calendar with the old, network resident calendar?
