MRS tab in Active Directory

Our Xpressions server recently crashed. After loading Win Server 2003 and all the updates on a replacement server, we were able to restore the data and Siemens helped load a new license file. I had to manually reload the AD Users and Computers MMC Snap in on the Xpr server. Since then, the MRS tab is missing so I can't manage any changes to UM users. Does anyone know how to get the MRS tab reinstalled in AD?
