Moving application to second display

Hi, it's been a while since I've been on here and always seemed to get all my questions answered or been able to search for it in previously created threads.

I was wondering if there is a way in fox9 to move or make my application launch on the second display. I can get other applications like IE or Firefox to open on the second display by moving it there, maximizing it and then closing it so windows remembers for the next time. I tried that with my fox application and it won't remember it and launch on my primary display.

I heard there are third party application that can do this like ultramon but would like to avoid that and rather have control via code instead.
