We have 2 locations, one with an IVS2 and one with an IPS.
In order to move a user from one desk to the next, we have to physically pull wires and punch them down in another place. This gets very tedious, as our business requires people to move quite a bit. Note: they are moving within the same location, not between the two buildings.
I have asked our vendor why we can't use MatWorx' move / switch features, or another way. It would save a LOT of time. The answer came back simply that "It doesnt work" Can anyone clarify this? Why can;t we switch a station all through software, instead of re-punching down stations every time there needs to be a move?
Thanks!
