Hi all,

Mitel 3300, 7.1 system.
I need to have incoming call to, let's say, 3000, if no one answers for 20 seconds it must ring in 3001 and so on until it gets to 3006 ,then back to 3000 and start all again.

How can I do this, if it's possible.

Thanks for your help.

Best regards,

Rui

You cannot use Reroute

Call forwarding from one to the next Maybe.

There is a maximum call forward hop that is set in the system option form. Maximum of 8? hops (guess)

The system might not allow circular forwarding back to the original.

Have you considered using ACD or UCD groups?

The help files explain ACD and UCD

Thanks for your help.

Do you know if I can "call forward" on "no answer"? And do this automatically?

The maximum hop you can define is 10 and the default is 2.

Thanks,

Rui

Call forward no answer needs to be set at each station individually.

I recommend you read the Help Files carefully for the conditions under which call forwarding will fail.

Feature access codes are the simplest method to enable call forwarding but it can be set thru the superkey as well.

How about a Ring Group? or is this a new feature for R8?

Hi,

That's only available on release 8 and the call forward did it.

Thanks,

Rui
