Hello all. I have a client who is looking to get a monitoring system installed so they can monitor their agents. A majority of their calls are outbound, so the internal silent monitoring for hunt group calls will not work. In the past I have installed the Dees CM-30 unit when clients have had analog lines, but this client is on a PRI so the Dees unit will not work as is. I had a client with a Norstar MICS and PRI (like this one) that used a Dees unit for their monitoring, but the way it worked was the digital stations were cross connected to a 66 block that had power going to it, and then cross connected to the line where they went to the jack (where the phone plugged into). It turns out the 66 block with power was actually a 24 port digital to analog converter which allowed the analog Dees CM-30 unit to work. Unfortunately I really didn't think much of it at the time and since then they have shut down. Does anybody know where I can get one of these 24 port digital to analog converter units? This seems to be the most cost effective way of adding a monitoring system to an MICS with a PRI. As always, any help is greatly appreciated!
