I have a phone call that was disconnected randomly. When I search the log I get:

09:38:27 3944554069mS CMExtnTx: v=xxxx, p1=0
CMReleaseComp
Line: type=IPLine 250 Call: lid=257 id=161539 in=0
Called[91800xxxxxxx] Type=Default (100) Reason=CMDRdirect Calling[xxxx] Type=Internal Plan=Default
Cause=130, Force Clear(IPO)
Timed: 31/01/17 09:38

Now I found cause=130 is Ring Back Check. My question is what does that mean?

Cisco has this as explanation for Cause Code 130 (hex 82)

The ISDN exchange receives a request to route the call through an unrecognized intermediate network. This cause indicates that the equipment receives a request to route the call through a particular transit network. However, the equipment does not recognize the network. The equipment that sends this cause does not recognize the transit network due to one of these reasons:
1. The transit network does not exist.
2. The transit network exists, but does not serve the equipment that sends this cause.

This cause is supported on a network-dependent basis.

But I don't have any other explanation than this either and this is for ISDN so I just assume it is also valid for IP Lines
