MOH wav file is not Updating on IP Office 2

I have added it to C/Program files/Avaya/Manager
and reboot IP office.

still i can hear the Old MOH which was uploaded month back with the same procedure.
what can be the issue, kindly suggest

What type of IPO do you have?
The IP500v1 can handle MOH of 30 secs.
The IP500v2 can handle MOH of 90 secs.

It will not be looking at Manager if it's not an v1. You need to load it onto the SD card in the "Primary" folder

Delete the old one, reboot, upload the new one and reboot again.
It can take a minute or some before it is loaded by the IPO.

To load it on the SD card I have to Visit on Site which not possible for some circumstances, i have to do it remotely and before the same procedure worked perfectly

You do not have to be on site.
Access the embedded file management from the vmpro server.
Delete the old one and our the new one in.

You can do it remotely using Manager, no need to visit site
