MOH on IP403 with 3.1

This may be a stupid question, am I overlooking the "use external music on hold" tab on a IP403 with a 3.1 config??? I looked all over especially the system/telephony tab. Am I overlooking something? HELP says it is available for 3.1???

It's not there on 3.1. If a file is available on TFTP it will use that. If not, it will use the audio port on the back.
