I was playing around with embedded file management, seeing if it was possible to upload hold music using that. Before doing this, we had an external MOH device. Now, I have the IPO set to external MOH source, but it is still playing the holdmusic.wav file. This is our company phone system, and any reboots will have to be explained to the boss since we are pretty high call volume. Any ideas on how to fix this (besides rebooting)?

Unfortunately, no. It will require a reboot. This is right from the Manager documentation:
System Source: Default = WAV File.
Selects the default hold music source for most uses of music on hold.
Note that changes to the System Source requires a reboot.

I blame Avaya.

Do a timed reboot scheduled when you are out of the office, the they cannot blame you for the reboot[purpleface]
