I INSTALLED AN IP OFFICE 500 IN QUICK MODE. I PUT IN A 1/8 MONO PLUGG FOR MUSIC ON HOLD. MOH IS ACTIVE IN PROGRAMING. I GET GOOD SOUND QUALITY AT THE END OF THE MONO PLUG. IS THERE A SPECIAL PLUG FOR THIS THAT AVAYA MAKES FOR MOH?
