Hi..exsmogger, seems that could be a possibility, but when I use F982 will it show me the extensions assigned or a hunt group and the changes can made right there or do I need to actually go into the hunt group programming and make changes there? Thanks.

We still want to have multiple extensions ring, but just need to take out 1 extension we don't need, how can we do the edit for this?

Done that before, but none of the hunt groups were showing programmed with any extensions, that's why it's confusing to where they assignment might be, now I'm thinking might it might be linked to extension as "allworxguy" mentioned.
