Hello all,

So I have an ICR that targets a Main Hunt Group where one of the Extensions is Mobile Twinned to their Cell Phone.

They are Running R11.0.4.1.0 and are on a SIP Trunk.

I tried a ARS of:

ShortCode_wc0snk.png

and that sends the Extension Number of the phone that is mobile twinned on the forwarded call as the Caller ID on the recipients cell phone.

Suggestions?

Have to see the URI for outgoing line group 17 - if it is set to Auto or Use Internal Data, and what the Outgoing Calls, Forwarding/Twinning, and Incoming Calls fields are set to.

I have this working... Your SIP provider must support it. If they do:

Change the PAI fields for “forwarding/twinning” to original caller.
Remove diversion header.
On your ARS, use Nsxxxxxxxxxx where xxxxxxxxxx is your regular office caller ID.

DavidCT: Thank you, that worked. Star for you!
