There is Avaya s8300 Server, Avaya G700 Gateway, Avaya MM710 module and Avaya MM711 module.
Everything worked properly. But it needed to carry all the equipment to a different location, change the ip address and the gateway to the P330, MGP and to VOIP server.
After that, everything worked except the module Avaya MM711.
The output of the command list configuration all the module MM711 in no board state.

Tell me what is the reason for this: that it should be corrected due to change ip address and gateway, or is physically moved contact?

Can i assume you have have removed and reseated the board ? as it is an analogue board it should be unaffected by IP changes.

No, I don't removed and reseated the Module M711. The state no board happened after moving gateway to another location.

try pulling the Board unscrew the fixing screws pull out with both hands by the fixing screws just until it moves freely (no need to take it right out of the gateway) wait for upto a minute the push pack into place and you should see the boards lights go through a test cycle then go out. once this has been done check your list con all.

I reinserted MM711. When I inserted back three LEDs blink red. Now list con all - no board again.
Any ideas?
I have free board number 001V4 on gateway. Can I insert MM711 in 001V4?

I resolved problem installed MM711 to another slot of gateway.

I would reboot the MG700 and try the board in the right slot. It is possible that when the power was applied after the move it was spiked or some other event that may have caused the MGP to get a little off kilter. Make sure to do a proper shutdown on the 8300 before removing power to the G700.
