I need to see if this is possible we have a NEC PBX connected to a Modular Messaging stack through analog connections. We also have a S8710 connected to the NEC with a QSIG-DS1 trunk group. Do you think it would be possible to turn on and off message Lights (mwi) on the S8710 going through to the NEC PBX. If so dose anyone know of a integration document that can help me out with this.

MM MWI thru NEC to S8710??

I don't know of any Integration Docs and this question would be more suited to an NEC Technician since it will be them doing the conversion.
What the Avaya will need is a QSIG 'MWI Activate/Deactivate' message from the NEC. If you can get the NEC to convert the Incoming Analogue 'MWI' from MM to a QSIG 'MWI' and send it over....it will work!
