does anyone know how to set up a wake-up call for any room from a standard industry phone instead of the main console?

A good Resource for older manuals is the Wedophones link
faq1329-5795

There is one specific to the SX-50 Lodging Application that looks good but at 44Mb will take to long for me to look for you.

all that tells me is that i can set up wake-up calls, but its from the console not a different extension. if i put a wireless phone on an extension and set the night ring to ring that extension how would i set up a wake up call from an industry standard wireless phone?

If the manual doesn't mention setting WU from a room type phone then I wouldn't expect it to be possible.

Do you know for a fact that it can be done on a SX50 or are you just fishing?

To Set a Wake-up Call from an Extension:
• Go off-hook.
• Dial the Wake-up From Extensions access code (default is 69).
• Dial the desired wake-up time using four digits and 24-hour format (e.g., 7:00 AM is entered as 0700). If a valid wake-up time is entered, dial tone is returned. If an invalid wake-up time is entered, reorder tone is returned.
To Cancel the Wake-Up Call:
• Follow the procedure for setting the wake-up call. Enter 9999 as the wake-up time.

Trying to Set the wake up foranother extension not my own

I didn't understand that from your original post either.

I would have said definitely not much sooner.

3300 is the only Mitel system that can as far as I know.

the owner is telling me he use to be able to set the wake up time from his wireless phone. The following is what he thinks he use to do:
081, transfer, #
or
*57, room#, wake up time (24 hr format)
?

1. give his cordless ext a class of service of it own
2. in the class of service of the ext, go to register 4 and set register 3 (g) to 2 for tafas pickup dialing 57 and register 4 (f) to 1 for wake up from extension. to set wake up dial *71 from cordless the ext number, then the 24hr time for the wake up, then check if dial tone comes back and hang up!

if you are NOT using class of service of 9 then program this

go to command 129
set reg 1,2,5,6,7,and 8 and program like the other COS
set reg 3 to 31101020110 and reg 4 to 411110001
set COS 9 to that ext where u have it programed (d)
and that should work.

let me know if it doesnt.
