Hello folks, I'm new to the site and system. I have taken bad advice from a guy and took the battery out and unplugged system for 15 seconds. Now it keeps rebooting and attendant console does a weird ring and has nothing on the LCD panel. This has been a headache from the start. I'm truly stumped and would really like to get this up and running.

By removing the battery and unplugging you will have blanked or partially blanked the memory of the SX50.

Do you have a backup (data dump)? If so you can use that to restore your database.

If not, you will likely need to reset the system to defaults and re-program.

Good luck.

I don't have data dump, how can I reset an reprogram, the attendant console isnt taking commands. The most I have got I to so so far is get to read reload default data ? And not sure how to tell it yes, like I said it isn't taking commands

Thank you, always a good day to learn something new

I'm getting the hours the system has been up followed by 3-Y/N

Now, I'm getting 66-ng and keys are non responsive

the manuals are working great, thank you very much, I should have this up with minimal headache now
