Mitel Pet Peeves, DCR's, and Wish lists. 3

I've been thinking about collecting info from this group to provide to Mitel in the form of a wish list.

I am more than willing to moderate, edit, collate, and present the information collected.

My experience with the DCR process has not been good. Maybe if more voices we're added to the chorus, some changes might be possible.

Thought i would add one to the list.Unless, it's already mentioned or already implemented on the new software versions.

Would like an easier programming method of a GROUP mailbox instead of having to use the Name Tag hunt groups design type etc.

So that if a certain Hunt group or ring group have a shared mailbox from external calls or even and internal broadcast it can be easily be programmed via a Group Mailbox type from and then picked up via a designated key appearance on that particular group for their messages!

Hope these DCR's adds some weight to our voice to Mitel,after all it is our voice they wan't to hear!! Hopefully!

Also, while I'm thinking about it.

How about the basic ability of sorting the forms data in ascending order when clicking on the relevent colums e.g. Directory number etc. A little bit like Excel type of thing!

In MCD 4 the number of ACD groups a user can belong too has increased to 16

MitelAvaya - I believe your gripe about the navigation and control buttons has been addressed in Rel MCD4. I've added the Speeddial request at the introductory level of LOW and the MitelMatt says the ACD groups have been increased to 16 in MCD4 (Thanks Matt).

Yeahbutno - Group mailboxes are relatively rare and Nametag Works. Adding at unrated. For sorting the forms, export to Excel and do as you please. I find this much easier that working 1 page at a time regardless.
