Mitel Mxe controller E2T Comms Failure

Good day,
I have just experienced for the first time a fault concerning the E2T comms failure, in an attempt to rectify the fault I have assigned a static Ip address to E2T but the fault persist. I wondering what I can do next to rectify this.

If a reboot doesn't help, you may need to replace it.
