You have trunks out of service. You need to either restore the trunks or deprogram them to clear the alarm.

Thanks Lundhafor the reply.
How will I know which trunk do I need to check?
Because when I check the alarm this message are appearing. Sorry for the question I am really new with Mitel 🥺

What type of trunks does your system have connected - PRI, SIP. Analog LS/GS. E&M?

SXWizard
I have cleared the PRI alarms using DTS command.

But this sip I cannot

can you issue the SIP LINK STATE ALL command in maintenance to see wha SIP link is down?

SXWizard
I have done the SIP LINK STATE ALL
The response are

There are 2 SIP link(s) programmed.
Link sipfcs state is IN SERVICE (link down count 67)
Link sipsp state is IN SERVICE (link down count 13)

What should I do now?
Sorry for asking but I really need the support.

It appears that you have PRI and SIP trunks. Are there any other type of trunks connected to the controller - E&M or LS/GS?

SXWizard

How can I list all those trunks?

I am sure we have PRI and SIP

Login and celect trunks. Then select Analog trunks>Trunk Assignment to see if you have analog trunks. Do the same for E&M Trunks.

Go to Maintenance commands and run the State command on each of those PLIDs. Look for something Out of Service etc.

I think you need to use a direct trunk select and select each trunk individually until you find out which ones don't have connect with the phone company. If it doesn't connect with the phone company it needs to be disconnected from the phone system in many ways due to licensing.
