I have several Mitel 5340e IP sets. I'm able to adjust the brightness and contrast on all but one by pushing the Menu/Settings key, then choosing Brightness/Contrast. However, the Menu/Setting key does not work on the one phone. I've researched and discovered that by pushing either the arrow up or down key repeatedly, you can gain access to the Menu/Settings of the phone. This did not work. Thanks!

Find a spare key. Call it "Settings". Make "Line Type" "Phone App". Make "Phone App Feature" "Settings". This key will act as the blue key now.

@ jrgood0852 I went into opt 9 Desktop Device Assignments, expanded the extension of the problematic set(101), and found a spare key. None of the options you mentioned are available.

Observe the phone during bootup and see if the tftp load fails. This can affect only 1 phone.
The fix is to upgrade to the latest release 5.0.2.12

I went to a 5340e phone and checked the "About" settings and found this info:
Release 5.2
Load: 05.02.01.07
Harware Rev: A:01
ICP Rev: 200_ICP_5.0.2.3
I found the new software(5.0.2.12) on MOL for the system but not the SX200ICP_SETUP.EXE file. I do not have the software CD and I'm having no luck locating that file on MOL. Suggestions?

A few corrections to my previous posts. The problematic phones were not 5340e. I've been able to pull up the menu settings on that model the entire time The problem occured on the 5330e models. I performed the SW upgrade and it resolved the problem. I'm now able to pull up the menu settings on the 5330e models.
