Mitel 3300 to 200 icp

I have a 3300 networked with IP trunks going across to an 200 icp.
I can make ext to ext calls back and forth no problem. How ever when
i try to make an outgoing call from the sx200 by grabbing the IP trunks
to the 3300 I get a toll deny.

I have a point to point pri set up on this also and have no issue when routing calls out this way.

any ideas what i might have over looked? my goal is to have the 200 make all outgoing calls from the 3300

First thing that comes to mind is to double check your ARS forms, and COR.

The COR of the IP trunks on the 3300 via the Trunk Attributes form.
